Why English and French
A Canadian business does not get to choose which language the phone rings in. Keepr Line answers in the one the caller uses, and follows if it changes mid-call. That is not a translation layer bolted on afterwards.
Why we build the knowledge with you
A receptionist that does not know the business is a voicemail with better manners. We structure what your callers need to know, and we test it with you before your number is forwarded.
Why a person sets it up
You are not handed an empty assistant to configure alone. We learn the business, build what it knows, run test calls with you and correct what is off.
What it will not do
It does not guess. When a caller asks something it has not been given, it says it will confirm, and the question comes back to you with the call attached.
